what this is…

An experiential deep dive into self-trust, consent, and relational integrity. Through guided exercises—including gentle, movement-based explorations of trust, balance, and nonverbal communication—you’ll practice tuning into your body’s wisdom, clearly communicating boundaries, and navigating connection with confidence and ease.

WHAT WE’LL BE DOING Through guided self-awareness exercises & discussions in solo, partner &  small group cohorts, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your own needs around connection based on your personal experiences and perspectives.

HOW YOU’LL BENEFIT FROM THIS PRACTICE

  • More fulfilling relationships where you’ll feel safe to be yourself.

  • Greater ease in saying no, knowing it won’t break a relationship.

  • More joy and confidence in saying yes, knowing it’s fully your choice.

  • A sense of empowerment in all interactions—romantic, platonic, professional.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
✅ Strengthen your ability to say no without guilt and yes with full enthusiasm.
✅ Cultivate relationships rooted in trust, respect, and authentic choice.
✅ Move beyond people-pleasing into empowered, embodied decision-making.
✅ Explore connection without pressure—touch is always optional.
✅ Experience how consent and boundaries create more freedom, not restriction. This workshop is inclusive and welcoming to people of all backgrounds and relationship statuses. Whether you're single, in a relationship, or exploring different types of connections, the concepts of intimacy apply universally.
